If you have any issues with the Festival please contact the organisers in the first instance, on 07787 794705.
If the problem persists you can contact Herefordshire Council's Environmental Health team via the Council's out of hours number on 01432 260000. You will hear a message saying the offices are closed but if you hold you will be put through to the out of hours service.
